Cavell Lodge provides a safe, calm, and soothing environment with low-levels of stimulation that supports the natural development of its residents. This home is designed for the long term needs of young people who are spending several months and sometimes years with us. The living environment is more normalized than our Kicking Horse Lodge facility and has fewer residents with fewer transitions between homes. 

The facility has clear sightlines for support and supervision. It’s an open environment, with the option of sectioning off into contained spaces if required. The décor is therapeutic in both materials and color, helping to maintain a calm and soothing environment even in situations of crisis.
